Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SikhiAI mobile application (the "Service") operated by SikhiAI ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Content

Our Service allows you to access Gurbani, translations, and historical content. You agree to use this content respectfully and in accordance with Sikh traditions (Maryada). Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of the content is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

4. AI Interactions

The AI Spiritual Guide is a tool for learning and education. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or lack nuance. Always consult the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji or trusted scholars for definitive guidance.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
